CANCELLATION POLICY
To help us serve all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.
